Online Housing and Dining Services Contract
Welcome to the Kansas State University Housing and Dining Services electronic contract. You must complete an application for contract prior to beginning this contract. If you have not already done so, please access the application online. During this process you will complete your contract, assignment preferences and payment. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the site and the information you will need to have available to complete your contract.
Students who have lived or have been eligible to live on K-State's campus for six or more semesters as of spring 2014 will be unable to secure a space in the university's residence halls. If a student who meets this criteria completes this contract, they will be assigned to the Living Community at Jardine Apartments.
All students who are enrolled in the spring 2014 semester at K-State, and who want to live in the residence halls or Living Community at Jardine, should participate in the RSVP process in February 2014 to select their space AND must complete their contract, with payment, by 11:59 p.m. on March 1, 2014. Current students who miss the March 1 contract deadline will be placed on a waiting list for on campus housing.
- In order to complete this contract, you will log in using your K-State eID and password. Click "continue to contract" to proceed to the contract.
- Review on-campus housing and room type information on our website. Please review the FYI Web page before starting this contract to be better informed of your housing options.
- If you have a roommate preference, you must have the full name and Wildcat ID number of your preferred roommate(s). You must also be sure to provide your roommate(s) with the same information. Roommate(s) must be a mutual match (meaning you must all provide each other's information).
- You must have a credit/debit card number in order to complete the payment transaction online. Alternatively, you will be given the option to pay offline. The contract is not complete until payment is received by Housing and Dining Services.
If you have all of this information, you are ready to continue. You must be able to complete this process as you will not be able to save your information and come back to complete your contract. Once you have completed all steps, you will receive a confirmation email; your contract is not complete until you receive this confirmation email. Housing assignments are made based on the date your contract and payment are received and accepted along with space availability. Based on this, it is recommended you submit your contract and payment as soon as possible.
While we do our best to meet your requests, the contract is for a space in the on-campus housing system and not for a particular space or type of housing. By submitting this contract, you agree to accept your assignment and understand that the assignment may change.
