Jardine Apartments Application

Application Information:

This application requires a credit card to pay a $30 nonrefundable application fee.
This application does not reserve or guarantee an apartment assignment
Communication about agreement(s) will be done through K-State email accounts
  • Agreements are established with all residents of an apartment. If two or three individuals plan to live together, it is necessary for each resident to complete an application and pay the application fee. This does not apply to spouses and children.
  • Students are given priority in the assignment process.

    • Eligibility Information:

  • All applicants must be eligible to live in Jardine Apartments
    (Review the eligibility requirements BEFORE completing this application.)
      • Residents must be full-time K-State students AND meet one of the eligibility requirements:
    • Graduate student
    • Single undergraduate student enrolled in your second year at K-State
    • Transfer student with at least 30 earned credit hours
    • Married student with or without children
    • Single parent with primary custody or regular visitation of children
    • Single nontraditional student (at least 25 years old)
    • Student conducting postdoctoral research
    • Visiting scholar
